Where to enter it, and how to tell it worked
The 30-second version
The code is BONUS. It goes in the deposit window, in the promo field under the amount, before you pay. When it applies, the bonus appears next to your deposit sum. If that sum does not change, the code did not take — re-enter it instead of paying.
Step by step
- Open the wallet icon in the top right of the site.
- Choose your payment method.
- Find the promo field under the amount.
- Enter BONUS.
- Check that the +10% now shows next to the sum.
- Pay only after step 5 is visible.
Why codes "don't work"
Three reasons, in order of how often they happen:
Wrong place. The field only exists in the deposit window. Not in settings, not on the payment provider's page.
Not checked. The amount summary is the confirmation. People paste and pay without looking.
Wrong feature. Free cases are a separate menu section with no deposit requirement. Opening one is not using the promo code.
Limits
- One promo per account
- Binds to the deposit it is used on — a $2 test deposit wastes it
- Bonus balance carries a playthrough requirement
- Items you win are withdrawable
Withdrawals
Payouts are skins sent to your Steam trade URL, not cash. Your Steam inventory has to be public for the bot to deliver. If your Steam Mobile Authenticator is recent, Steam places the items in a trade hold — that is Steam's rule and the site cannot override it.
